Use this address for transfer documents and customer questions. Pickup is by appointment after WDF confirms an arriving item has been checked in and is ready. We do not have walk-in hours.
Before you visit
- Wait for WDF—not the carrier—to confirm your item is checked in and ready
- Schedule the pickup time requested by WDF
- Bring valid government-issued identification and any document WDF requests
- Bring an acceptable trigger lock or locking container if one is required and not included
- Allow time for required records, forms, and eligibility checks
