Email is appropriate for basic contact, purchase, order, seller, and tracking details. Do not email or text driver’s-license images, CPL images, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, firearm serial numbers, or background-check data.
Before you visit
- Wait for WDF—not the carrier—to confirm your item is checked in and ready
- Schedule the pickup time requested by WDF
- Bring valid government-issued identification and any document WDF requests
- Bring an acceptable trigger lock or locking container if one is required and not included
- Allow time for required records, forms, and eligibility checks
